Local experience and delivery planning

Daniel facilitates Tier 1 and Tier 2 training through University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust. Based in the Staffordshire Moorlands, he welcomes enquiries from Staffordshire, Stoke-on-Trent and wider Midlands services.

Official programme delivery requires an appropriately approved team, including autistic and learning disability co-trainers. The delivery team, programme permissions, quality assurance and availability are confirmed before any Waymark booking is agreed. Bespoke Waymark awareness workshops are separate from the official programme.

Frequently asked questions

Oliver McGowan training FAQs

How are Tier 1 and Tier 2 delivered?

Both packages include a 90-minute e-learning module. Tier 1 then includes a one-hour live online interactive session; Tier 2 includes a one-day face-to-face session. The employer identifies the appropriate tier for each role.

Who co-delivers the interactive training?

Official delivery involves appropriately approved trainers, including an autistic trainer and a trainer with a learning disability. Their lived experience is central to the learning. The full team and programme arrangements must be agreed before booking.

Does an enquiry confirm a booking?

No. An enquiry starts a discussion about your workforce, required tier, group size, location and dates. Availability, approved-team arrangements, programme permissions and costs are confirmed before any delivery is agreed.
