These terms outline the basis on which Waymark Education provides training, workshops, and related services.
General
Training packages and services shown on this website are provided for information and enquiry purposes only. A website enquiry does not create a confirmed booking.
Enquiries and proposals
Following an enquiry, Waymark Education may provide further information, a tailored outline, or a quotation based on the needs, audience, location, and delivery requirements discussed.
Booking confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only once the date, fee, scope, and delivery arrangements have been agreed in writing.
Fees and payment
Fees will be agreed in advance. Unless otherwise stated in writing, invoices are payable within the payment period set out on the invoice.
Travel and delivery costs
Where relevant, travel expenses, accommodation, venue costs, or other agreed delivery-related expenses may be included within the quoted fee or charged separately, as confirmed in writing.
Cancellations and rescheduling
If a confirmed booking needs to be postponed or cancelled, reasonable notice should be given as early as possible.
Waymark Education reserves the right to apply reasonable charges for cancellations, postponements, or significant changes at short notice, particularly where preparation time, travel, or other costs have already been incurred.
Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate information about the audience, setting, timings, venue arrangements, and any relevant practical considerations needed to support safe and effective delivery.
Materials and intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, training materials, slides, written content, and original delivery resources remain the intellectual property of Waymark Education and must not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed beyond the agreed use.
